I thought it would be a good idea to give a little background on myself and the purpose behind this blog. I am a student who LOVES science and math, which is somewhat unusual. I'm currently working on a project to help get younger kids interested in science. I am creating experiment kits which contain a guide with instructions for doing many experiments, and explanations as to what the science behind them is. They will also include all the materials necessary to do the experiments.
On this blog, I plan to post my favorite experiments as well as more detailed explanations behind them, as well as those I decided not to put in the kits (because I couldn't provide the materials or they were too complicated to do with multiple kids) but I still thought were interesting. Sometime soon, I will also be putting up the actual packet and list of materials I am including in the kits so anyone who wants to can do something similar in their area.
I also want to share my experiences with the kits so others can improve on them.
